Hall-Dale Athlete Boosters - What do we do?

The purpose of the Boosters is to encourage and sponsor interscholastic girls and boys athletic activities at HDHS, and to provided such equipment, facilities, and training for such activities as may be deemed advisable by the Boosters, coaches, the athletic director and acceptable to the HDHS Administration and the SAD #16 School District.

One special purpose of the Boosters is to raise and disseminate funds in support of HDHS interscholastic sports programs in a fashion deemed advisable by the Boosters and HDHS Administration and the SAD #16 School District.

While promoting school spirit, Boosters runs several fund-raisers to meet our ever increasing budget.
Snack Shack
The Snack Shack is located between the softball and baseball fields and is manned in the Spring and Fall of each school year. Not only is this shack profitable, we have found it to be helpful to our athletes for snacks and hydration during athletic competitions. This is a major fund-raiser for us and parents of athlete’s are expected to volunteer their time to contribute to a successful athletic season. The Snack Shack or sometimes called, the concession stand, is always looking for parents to help shop, stock and manage the booth. Athletic Program Book
This keepsake booklet has become another great fund-raiser for the Boosters. Many local businesses contribute to the success of this booklet. All team photographs are printed with a variety of sports related items, photographs and schedules. This subcommittee meets 2 to 3 times a year to renew and add new ideas to the booklet. The Bulldog Classic
This annual basketball tournament has been an incredible success for the HDHS Boosters. We hope to generate the funds to fulfill our commitment to our student athletes. This tournament is played typically the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving. The purpose is to get the students ready for a busy basketball season with some excellent competition and encouraging atmosphere. Each team member receives a T-shirt and will play at least 2 games in a round robin format. The Boosters provide a well stocked concession stand with healthy and delicious hot meals for purchase at a reasonable price. Regular Season Basketball Games
The Hall-Dale Boosters are the gate keepers for all home basketball games. Though we do not receive the funds from the gate we, run a 50/50 raffle and a Vallee Real Estate Shoot for cash at the half for all varsity games. We need two parents to run the gate and the 50/50 for each home game. Parents of winter sports are expected to to volunteer their time to add to the success of the Boosters.
