So you have probably heard of the cell-phone ring tone that teenagers can hear, but which is outside the range that we older indivuals can discern? Well, this just shows you that technology can cut both ways!
At first, I thought that this was a joke website, but apparently this technology is becoming quite popular in the UK and Canada to help prevent loitering by a certain age group.
