- Go to Start Menu - Settings - Printers. Or go to Start Menu - Control Panels - Printers.
- See if the desired printer is already present in the printer folder or has an error. IF not…
- Double click on the add printer icon.
- When the add printer wizard screen comes up, click next to install a printer.
- Select networked printer (you may need to contact IT group to get appropriate printer / server names).
- Navigate to the desired printer on the appropriate print server.
- Continue to press next.
- Press Finish button to complete installation.
- Contact IT group if software needs to be installed on your PC to support the printer.
