Pace- The distance between every two steps you take. (How fast you are going)
Endurance- The ability to do something for a long period of time.

Target Heart Rate- The rate you want your heart to beat per minute while doing any exercise (60%-90% of your Max HR).
Maximum Heart Rate- The maximum your heart can beat per minute (220-your age=Max HR).
Resting Heart Rate- The rate (per minute) your heart beats while at rest.
Calories- Energy we get from food. The amount you need depends on activity level and body weight.
Run- A locomotor movement when both feet leave the ground during each side.
