Breakfast survey

Wellness Committee Breakfast Survey:

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it fuels the body throughout the morning. Many students are very tired in the morning, this may be due to a lack of energy. By eating Breakfast you can speed up your metabolism, and come to school far more awake. To gain more information a survey has been created and will ask the following:

1. Do you eat breakfast?
2. If not why not?
3. What would aid you in eating breakfast?
