Student Senate Meeting: November 7, 2007
-Voted and passed to have a workshop for charter wednesday afterschool
-Brief overview of upcoming School Board Meeting. They will have a budget discussion, upcoming meeting in monmouth nov. 14
-A vote was held to elect a senate president. Sam was elected
Discussion about purpose of senate:
-learn more about Standards based grading
-improve communication in school, between all levels of school
-Examine how RAS and SC are working for students
-Do a lot of committee work
-Battle of the Bands
-Good citizens awards
