The Principals Advisory council, is composed of six members of the senate, who meet with Mr. MacDougall once a week. They are also members of the Hall-Dale Leadership Team. The Council discusses, with Mr. MacDougall, issues important to the student body as a whole. Currently they are working with the Standards Based Grading System. With being members of the leadership team they also discus new teaching approaches and School Climate.
